Ajay Sunder - Vice President Digital Transformation, Frost & Sullivan, Asia Pacific

Ajay Sunder is a Vice-President for ICT at Frost & Sullivan, Asia Pacific. He is responsible for Frost & Sullivan’s Telecom Research and advisory services across the region. Ajay was previously with the Consulting team and has worked with telecom operators, regulators and government bodies in the region. He has led strategic consulting projects on market entry strategy, new services/product roadmap for some of the leading telecom operators/vendors in the region. Prior to Frost & Sullivan, Ajay worked as Investment Manager with New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, the economic development agency for New Zealand in promoting investments in ICT sector and raising Capital for the New Zealand tech start-ups. Ajay earned his Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, and MBA from the Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta, India.

Tejaswini Tilak – Senior Director, Equinix Asia Pacific

Tejaswini Tilak is Senior Director of Vertical Marketing at Equinix, leading the go-to-market strategy for Asia-Pacific including segmentation, targeting, positioning and sales enablement.

Tejaswini brings with her close to 15 years of experience in the IT and global telecommunications industry. Prior to Equinix, Tejaswini served as the Global Head of Carrier Services at Telstra Global in Singapore, where she was responsible for driving innovation across the company's product portfolio and designing segment-specific solutions. She has also held leadership positions in product management including a role with Tata Communications in India.

Ms. Tilak holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management and has completed an Executive Education program on Strategic Marketing at Stanford University.
