Yulanda Chung
Head of Sustainability, Institutional Banking Group, DBS Bank, Singapore

Yulanda Chung joined DBS in 2017 and is currently Head of Sustainability of Institutional Banking Group. She leads the Bank’s responsible financing framework and advises on environmental and social issues pertaining to transactions. Yulanda was previously Head of Sustainable Finance at Standard Chartered in London, where she established the bank’s sustainable lending agenda.

Before joining the banking sector, she was an equity analyst for the mining and building materials sectors at RobecoSAM in Zurich, Switzerland.

She graduated with a Master of Science in Environmental Change and Management from Oxford University.

Global Sustainability Manager, Oracle

Sam is a Global Sustainability Manager in Oracle’s Global Sustainability Office. He began his career at Oracle managing supplier relationships and new market integration for Oracle’s Corporate Development team. His focus areas include renewable energy adoption, customer enablement, and non-financial reporting and transparency related to Oracle’s sustainable performance. He also is a Green Team lead, a grassroots program focused on driving environmental, and volunteering efforts with a local impact.

Associate Research Director, IDC

Dr. Glen Duncan is an Associate Research Director with IDC's Asia/Pacific Domain research group. He provides advisory and consulting services to technology buyers and vendors across two areas: datacenter (DC) and enterprise infrastructure. Glen leads the regional DC research program that includes analyzing emerging market trends, the competitive landscape and market maturity, as well as end-user adoption trends. In addition, he focuses on analyzing the impact of emerging technologies such as hyperconverged infrastructure, datacenter infrastructure management (DCIM) software, software-defined datacenter (SDDC), containerized DCs and internet of things (IOT) gateway appliances. Glen also holds a Ph.D. in management and organizations and has lectured and published extensively on the relationship between technology and organizational innovation.

Diarmid Massey is Senior Vice President of Sales of Equinix Asia-Pacific, overseeing the company’s sales strategy and execution in the region. He leads continuous revenue growth ahead of the market and executes industry-leading channel strategy. With his extensive experience in key verticals including cloud and network service providers, system integrators and global/regional enterprises, he played a key role in driving business success for the company in the region.

Prior to joining Equinix in 2014, Mr. Massey was Head of Africa, Middle East and Asia-Pacific for Vodafone Carrier Services where he was responsible for spearheading the establishment of the business in those regions. During his tenure with Cable & Wireless Worldwide as the Vice President/Managing Director of Global Wholesale and Carriers, he led a four-year realignment of its $1-billion global wholesale service provider business, and maintained continuous double-digit sales growth in its business-to-business segment, even in the face of economic downturn and corporate restructuring.

With more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry regionally and globally, Mr. Massey is a well-recognized thought leader and an experienced keynote speaker.
